The Blue Sky Initiative is a voluntary program for the Victoria community which seeks to improve air quality. To achieve this task Environmental Services engages in several community geared activities throughout the year. The largest is our Earth Day Expo Celebration.

High school students looking to fulfill community service hours are encouraged to volunteer at Blue Sky events.
